Northern Tier Planning Meeting

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR THOSE ADULTS AND SCOUTS WHO HAVE

PREVIOUSLY SIGNED UP FOR NORTHERN TIER TRIP

Hi all  -- There will be a meeting for all scouts and adults attending Northern Tier on:

            Tuesday, March 17^th

            7:30-8:30 pm

            St. Luke’s Church in the Sanctuary

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL PARENTS of SCOUTS ATTENDING:  The FINAL Northern Tier payment will be due at this meeting.  The amount is $466.00 and should be payable to Troop 654.  And for all ADULTS GOING on the Northern Tier trip, your final payment is also due and is $600.00.

All of the previous payments and this payment goes to Northern Tier for their fees for food, canoes, guides, etc. The payment is due to the Northern Tier folks by April 1, so we need to get these final payments in and processed so we can write the check to them.

 There will be additional money needed for airfare, ground transportation and I hope we will have more information about that at this meeting.

Hopefully, all the crews will be set by this meeting so that each crew can elect their “youth crew leader.”

If anyone anticipates having problems bringing a check for the full amount to next Tuesday’s meeting, please let me know so we can work something out.  AND, if anyone has discovered that they aren’t able to go on this trip, we need to know that as soon as possible.
